Facilities booking policy The good: We are pleased to accommodate community requests for the booking of our facilities when availability and compatability permit. The spaces are described in the links below. For further information about available space, contact Jane Gledhill, (613)234-1686 Ext. #3 e-mail j.gledhill@bellnet.ca           Please note that we do our best to ensure compatible uses of our community spaces, which were built for groups that enjoy being part of each other's worlds. However, if there is any inconvenience, interruption or other annoyances, we offer our apologies but not our liability. We work together for solutions. The bad: Our facilities are still inhospitably stair-rich for many. The beautiful: Click for information on each space. Main Church   A big sacred space with great acoustics - concerts anyone? Bate Hall   A classical high-ceilinged parish hall with a sprung dance floor. Lower Hall   Church basement with a Nursery School as primary user. Chapel   A smaller sacred space well suited for smaller meetings. St. Francis Room   A smaller open space beside the chapel. Sunday School   A mid-sized room off the Lower Hall. Guild Room   A large room for classes or meetings of up to 50. Board Room   For smaller meetings. Rooms 1-6     Six mid-sized rooms in Bate Hall Our tenant-friends Ottawa Mandarin Alliance Church: 11:30 a.m. Sunday services, education and fellowship in Mandarin and in English.
